Exercise Classes

Pip is our exercise guru with a passion for passing on her knowledge and experience. She teaches the perfect mix of mobility, balance, and functional strength. Being a physio-lead exercise class, she puts a strong emphasis on form and technique to build strength from the inside out.

Over years of poor postures, habits and injuries we lose the ability to move freely like we used to as children. These classes are designed to educate you on how to re-establish the freedom of movement we crave by focusing on key internal muscles that support your skeletal system. Building flexibility combined with the muscle strength to maintain good posture, movement and function is key.

Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels as she provides exercise variations throughout her routines. In order to make ongoing progress and manage vulnerable areas in your body, maintaining regular exercise is essential. Class prices are therefore kept at an affordable rate so you can attend on a regular basis. She is running her classes from the Paengaroa school hall until our new purpose built Physio and exercise studio is completed.
